Returns

- Normal wear and tear
- Items marked as sale, clearance, or custom-made
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
Once reviewed, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund if approved
Packaging Disclaimer
Some tins or product packaging may arrive with minor dents, bends, or cosmetic imperfections caused during shipping and handling. These minor packaging issues do not affect the product inside and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
If your item arrives severely damaged or unusable, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos for review.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be sent back to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was made by us.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once processing or shipping begins, orders cannot be canceled.
Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, lost packages marked as delivered, or issues caused by incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.
