Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or text if provided at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Please contact us immediately if you notice an address mistake after placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked as shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages marked as delivered.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.

Packaging Disclaimer

Some tins or product packaging may arrive with minor dents, bends, or cosmetic imperfections caused during shipping and handling. Minor packaging damage does not affect the product itself and may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
